Data We Collect
Account Information
- Email address and password (used for authentication)
- Display name and profile information you provide
Location Data
- Your GPS location while the app is in use (foreground only)
- Location is used to log door visits on the map and, if you are on duty, to allow your team owner to view your location in the Live Tracker
- We do not collect location data in the background
Door Visit & Sales Data
- Addresses and GPS coordinates of doors you visit
- Visit statuses, notes, and outcome data you enter
- Sale amounts and customer information you record
AI Trainer Data
- Voice recordings captured during AI training sessions
- Transcribed text from your speech
- Session performance data and coaching feedback
Team Data
- Team membership and role information
- KPI and performance statistics
- Shift and duty status
How We Use Your Data
- To provide and operate the DoorKnocker Pro service
- To display your door visits and territory on the map
- To power the AI Trainer feature with real-time coaching and feedback
- To enable team owners to track rep activity and performance
- To generate performance reports and KPIs
- To communicate important service updates
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Third-Party Services
Supabase

Anthropic (Claude AI)
The AI Trainer feature sends your voice transcriptions and text to Anthropic's Claude API to generate coaching responses. Anthropic does not use your data to train their models without your separate consent. Anthropic Privacy Policy →
ElevenLabs

Apple

Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days. Some data may be retained longer where required by law.
Account Deletion
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data directly within the app:
- Open the app and go to Profile
- Scroll to Danger Zone
- Tap Delete Account and confirm
Your account and all data will be permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone.
If you are unable to access the app, you can also request account deletion by emailing us at Primecodestudios14@gmail.com.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and data
- Opt out of AI data processing (by not using the AI Trainer feature)
